Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StickyNote+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use StickyNote+ on your iOS devices for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
  • Distribute or resell the app
  • Use the app for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app

Your Content

You retain all rights to the notes and content you create in StickyNote+. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

You are responsible for:

  • The content of your notes
  • Backing up your data
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device

Service Availability

StickyNote+ is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive to provide the best experience, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to the app
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with future iOS versions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, though we provide tools for backup and export.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ease Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if applicable).

Updates and Changes

We may update StickyNote+ from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Some updates may be required to continue using the app.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, you must delete the app from all your devices.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
